The 27th World Knowledge Forum was held in Seoul from September 8 to 10, 2026, bringing together experts, business leaders, academics and policymakers from around the world. The forum focused on how artificial intelligence is changing industries, economies and society, and how humans can work alongside AI. This year’s theme was “The Promethean Moment: Architecting the Co-Intelligence Order.” Discussions explored five broad areas — power, capital, intelligence, planet and humanity — with a focus on the opportunities and challenges created by rapid technological change. The three-day event featured speakers from fields including technology, business, economics, science and global affairs, with discussions covering AI, deep technology, future industries, geopolitics and sustainable development.
