The initiative aims to provide people with a direct and accessible channel to report such practices and enable authorities to take quicker action on complaints. The helplines also allow citizens to report issues anonymously, strengthening the focus on transparency and public grievance redressal. The move is intended to curb organized illegal activities and make it easier for citizens to approach the administration without fear or difficulty.
