DRDO successfully tested India’s indigenous Military Combat Parachute System (MCPS) at an altitude of 22,000 feet in Ladakh. The high-altitude trial demonstrated the system’s ability to support the safe deployment of personnel in challenging terrain and strengthened India’s capability in indigenous airborne defense technology.
