The United States Mint’s new $1 coin featuring President Donald Trump has sold out rapidly following its release, driven by strong demand from collectors. The coin was issued as part of the United States’ 250th anniversary celebrations. The Mint released the coin in 25-coin rolls and 100-coin bags. The 100-coin bags sold out in less than an hour, while the 25-coin rolls were sold out in under 7½ hours, highlighting the strong initial demand. The coin features Trump’s portrait on the front and the Presidential Seal on the reverse, along with the denomination and the 1776–2026 anniversary marking.
