India has been named the Official Partner Country for Gulfood 2027 for the second consecutive year, strengthening its presence in the global food and beverage trade. The announcement follows an agreement between the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) and InD Events Dubai. Scheduled for 15–19 March 2027 in Dubai, UAE, Gulfood is a major international platform connecting food producers, exporters and global buyers. India’s participation will showcase its diverse agricultural and processed food products while creating opportunities to expand exports and build international business partnerships. The initiative also aims to increase global visibility for MSMEs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), startups, and women- and SC/ST-led exporters, helping Indian businesses explore new markets and strengthen their position in global food trade.
